Coordinate purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Assist in creating purchase orders to replenish inventory while avoiding overstock and stockout situations.
Analyze sales data to identify high performing products and slow-moving items.
Understanding of procurement best practices including vendor selection, negotiation and supplier relationship management.
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and technologies relevant to the construction industry, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Develop and implement procurement strategies consistent with project requirements, budgetary constraints, and company policies.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preference given to postgraduates
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Building materials industry
