The final product will have good mechanical propoerties, superior bonding, tighter dimensional tolerance, and a significantly reduced carbon footprint.

Only certified, low-carbon steel wire rods are sourced and tested for chemical composition, purity, and mechanical strength ensuring a high-grade foundation for wire drawing.
Cold Drawing & Rib Forming
The wire rod passes through precision-controlled dies, reducing diameter while increasing mechanical properties, hardness, and rib uniformity for higher concrete bonding.
Stress Relief & Straightening
Post-drawing treatment removes internal stress and enhances ductility, while automated straighteners deliver perfectly leveled bars or coils with precise tolerances.
Automated Cutting & Coil Compaction
