Loading Operator – Steel Welded Wire Mesh Manufacturing

Job Description:

The Loading Operator is responsible for safe and efficient loading, unloading, handling, stacking, and movement of steel welded wire mesh products and raw materials within the factory and dispatch areas. The role ensures accurate shipment preparation, proper material handling, workplace safety compliance, and coordination with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.

The operator must follow production schedules, loading instructions, and safety procedures to prevent product damage and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload welded wire mesh sheets, rolls, steel wires, and related materials.
• Prepare finished products for dispatch according to delivery schedules.
• Verify material quantity, size, labels, and specifications before loading.
• Operate loading equipment such as cranes and pallet jacks.
• Stack and secure materials properly to avoid damage during storage or transportation.
• Assist warehouse and production teams in material movement within the factory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading and storage areas.
• Follow factory safety procedures and use required PPE at all times.
• Report damaged materials, shortages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Support inventory counting and stock arrangement activities when required.
• Ensure loading activities are completed efficiently to meet dispatch timelines.
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and logistics personnel during loading operations.
